Facilities/Physical Plant Committee meeting was called to order at 6:32 p.m. Members present: Rod Barry, Cullen Duke, Michael Smith and Krista Tenhouse. Absent: Jason Anderson, Allen Flynn, Joel Mixer and Tanya Sparrow. 5 present 4 absent.
Motion by Tanya Sparrow, seconded by Cullen Duke that the committee approve the minutes from September 10, 2019 meeting. Roll Call Vote: Aye: Rod Barry, John Clark, Cullen Duke, Michael Smith and Krista Tenhouse. 5 ayes 0 nays, M.C.
