Facilities/Physical Plant Committee meeting was called to order at 6:31 p.m. Members present: Rod Barry, Cullen Duke, Allen Flynn, Joel Mixer, Michael Smith, Tanya Sparrow and Krista Tenhouse. Absent: Jason Anderson and John Clark. 7 present 2 absent.
Motion by Allen Flynn, seconded by Rod Barry that the committee approve the minutes from August 6, 2019 meeting. Roll Call Vote: Aye: Rod Barry, Cullen Duke, Allen Flynn, Joel Mixer, Michael Smith, Tanya Sparrow and Krista Tenhouse. 7 ayes 0 Nays. M.C.
Joel Mixer left at 7:20 p.m.
Motion by Tanya Sparrow, seconded by Cullen Duke that the committee adjourn, Time: 7:31 p.m. Roll Call Vote: Aye: rod Barry, Cullen Duke, Allen Flynn, Michael Smith, Tanya Sparrow and Krista Tenhouse. 6 ayes 0 nays. M.C.
