Ward 1 By Stubby’s Tavern, 1517 N. 3rd, requesting permission to waive Section 111.096 (a) (Consumption and Possession of Alcoholic Liquor on Public Streets, Alleys, and Sidewalks
and Lots), 111.096(d) (Permitting Open liquor to leave licensed premises), on September 14th from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for a benefit for Jerry Lee Hainline Jr. The private yard will be fenced off with only one entrance into the tavern.

Resolution recommending the low quote of Quincy Fire Equipment in the amount of $9,512.50 for a three-year contract for annual inspection and maintenance of city’s fire extinguishers and suppression systems.
Utilities and Engineering Director, Utilities Committee and Central Service Committee recommending the low bid of Million Construction Co. in the amount of $768,075.80 for reconstruction of Hampshire, 12th to 14th, water main, storm sewer, curb and gutter.
