Quincy home prices fall in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Quincy fell by $12,500 while total sales decreased by 30.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 72 homes sold, with a median sale price of $88,250 - a 12.4% decrease over the $100,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 104 homes sold in Quincy in June 2017.
