Mendon home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Mendon rose by $40,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $87,000 - a 87.1% increase over the $46,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Mendon in April 2017.
