Quincy home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Quincy rose by $21,100 while total sales decreased by 2.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 92 homes sold, with a median sale price of $126,550 - a 20% increase over the $105,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 94 homes sold in Quincy in July 2017.

The median sales tax in Quincy for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,706, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for July 2018.
