Quincy home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Quincy rose by $13,050 while total sales decreased by 33.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $104,500 - a 14.3% increase over the $91,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 74 homes sold in Quincy in March 2017.

The median sales tax in Quincy for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,706, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for March 2018.
