Quincy home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Quincy rose by $15,000 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $94,250 - a 18.9% increase over the $79,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Quincy in January 2017.
