Quincy home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Quincy rose by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 8.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $102,000 - a 5.2% increase over the $97,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Quincy in February 2016.
