5. Public hearing requested by Kyle Grimm, Oakridge Property Group, LLC, for a Special Permit to register a dwelling with four living units as a non-conforming use on property at 1309 North 25th St. Zoned: R1C Ward: 1
6. Public hearing requested by Charolette Homan for a Special Permit to operate a bed and breakfast on property at 3404 State St. Zoned: R1A Ward: 5
