Camp Point Fire Protection District responded to 39 calls in 2017 - 62.5 percent more than the previous year, according to data from the National Fire Incident Reporting System.

The calls in Camp Point included 30 fires - 13 structure fires, two vehicle fires and 15 other fires.

The department also received nine false calls.

The Camp Point Fire Protection District had an annual budget of $97,148 in 2017.
