Quincy Public Library Annual Board of Trustees Meeting
I. The annual meeting of the Quincy Public Library Board of Directors was called to order at 6:31 p.m. on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, by President Jon Hoover. Trustees present were Scott Walden, Megan Duesterhaus-AuBuchon, Dean LaVelle, Kelly Mays and Jon Hoover. Others present: Kathleen Helsabeck, Natascha Will and Jess Givens.
ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Scott made a motion to approve the new slate of officers. Kelly seconded and the motion carried. The approved slate of officers is as follows:
President: Jonathan Hoover
Vice President: Clairice Hetzler
Secretary/Treasurer: Megan Duesterhaus-AuBuchon
DETERMINATION OF MEETING DATES
Kelly made a motion to approve the FY25/26 meeting dates as presented. Megan seconded and the motion carried. The meeting dates are as follows:
May 20, 2025
June 17, 2025
July 15, 2025
August 19, 2025
September 16, 2025
October 21, 2025
November 11, 2025
December 16, 2025
January 20, 2026
February 17, 2026
March 17, 2026
April 21, 2026
Scott made a motion to adjourn the annual meeting at 6:33 p.m. Kelly seconded, and the motion carried.
