City of Quincy Plan Commission met June 24.

5) A request from Steve Schutte for a small tracts subdivision (one lot to two) of 1603 Center Avenue – Ward 1, Zoned R1C (Previously Tabled)

6) A request from Steve Schutte for a small tracts subdivision (one lot to three lots) of 2208 South 12th Street – Ward 6 (outside city limits), Zoned R1A (Previously Tabled)

7) A request from Lenard Miller for a Special Permit for Planned Development to allow for the use of 906 Lind Street as a counseling center with a setting for court-ordered supervised visitation – Ward 2, Zoned R3

8) A request from Dan Pflibsen for a Special Permit for Planned Development to allow for the construction of a building at 1002 North 24th Street that would be used to store/warehouse personal vehicles – Ward 3 Zoned C1B

9) A request from Hope House of Quincy for a Special Permit for Planned Development to allow for the operation of a maternity house at 2122 Jefferson Street for pregnant women who are potentially facing homelessness – Ward 4, Zoned R1C
