4) Public Hearing requested by William Black to vary the Zoning Code of the City of Quincy (2015) for 621 South 20th Street (Ward 4/Zoned R1C)
a) City Code Section 162.112(C) – A variance to allow for the construction of an accessory building (garage) in a rear yard with a zero-foot (0’) setback from the southern lot line of 621 South 20th Street. City Code Section 162.112(C) states that if an accessory building is more than ten-feet (10’) from the main building on a lot, the accessory building may be built in a rear yard, provided the accessory building shall not be located nearer than two feet (2’) to any side or rear lot.
