a. 2025-03-501-006 – Resolution reporting bids and awarding the contract from the March 4, 2025 County Motor Fuel Tax Letting for widening and resurfacing of County Highway 37 (South 48th Street and also, appropriating $140,000.00 from the Matching Tax Fund for the relocation of Ameren utilities.

b. 2025-03-501-007 – Resolution reporting bids and awarding the contract from the March 4, 2025 County Motor Fuel Tax Letting for micro-surfacing on County Highway 24 (East 2400th Street) and County Highway 14 (East 2903rd Lane) and authorizing the County Board Chairman to sign the contract.

c. 2025-03-501-008 – Resolution reporting bids and awarding the contract from the March 4, 2025 County Motor Fuel Tax Letting for crack sealing on various County Highways and authorizing the County Board Chairman to sign the contract.

d. 2025-03-501-009 – Resolution reporting bids and awarding the contract from the March 4, 2025 maintenance letting for intersection paint on various County Highways and authorizing the County Board Chairman to sign the contract, and also appropriating $35,000.00 from the Matching Tax Fund for the project.

e. 2025-03-501-010 – Resolution reporting bids and awarding the contract from the March 4, 2025 Township Motor Fuel Tax letting for resurfacing roads in Bonita Pointe Subdivision in Burton Road District and authorizing the County Board Chairman to sign the contract.

f. 2025-03-501-011 – Resolution reporting bids and awarding the contract from the March 4, 2025 Township Motor Fuel Tax letting for aggregate surface placement on North 550th Ave. in Payson Road District and authorizing the County Board Chairman to sign the contract.

g. 2025-03-501-012 – Resolution reporting bids and awarding the contract from the March 4, 2025 Township Motor Fuel Tax letting for resurfacing roads in Spring Lake Subdivision in Riverside Road District and authorizing the County Board Chairman to sign the contract.

h. 2025-03-501-013 – Resolution establishing a special highway construction speed zone and delegating authority to the County Engineer set and post a special speed limit while traveling through the highway construction zone on Wismann Lane between North 42nd Street and North 46th Street.
