State Senator Jil Tracy | Illinois General Assembly
State Senator Jil Tracy from Quincy will continue her role in the Senate Leadership Team. This decision follows recognition of her advocacy for Illinois residents.
"Senate Republican Leader John Curran asked me to once again serve as Republican Whip on the Senate Leadership Team," Tracy stated. She expressed her commitment to legislation and policies aimed at improving life in Illinois, highlighting economic growth, community safety, and government efficiency as priorities.
Tracy represents the 50th District and is known for her work on agricultural industry improvements, school funding reform, veterans' issues, and legislative ethics.
Leader Curran from Downers Grove praised Tracy's contributions: "Sen. Tracy is a powerful voice in the Senate, and a strong advocate for the western Illinois communities she serves so well."
