Appointment of Olivia Rueter to the Quincy Preservation Commission for a 3-Year Term (Effective Immediately) Expiring January 31, 2028
RESOLUTIONS
Purchasing Agent recommending approval of the bid from Garvey’s Office Products of Niles, IL in the amount of $6,533.19 for a one-year contract period of February 1, 2025 through January 31, 2026 with 30% off catalog pricing.
Public Works Director and Utilities Committee recommending approval of the proposal from Gem City Ford in the amount totaling $308,134 for the purchase of six (6) light and medium duty vehicles.
Public Works Director and Utilities Committee recommending approval of the proposal from Klingner and Associates in an amount not exceeding $60,000.00 to develop a maintenance plan for all electrical equipment at the sewage pumping stations and treatment plants.
Public Works Director and Utilities Committee recommending approval of the invoice in the amount of $11,218.50 from Rees Construction Company for the required replacement of one hundred twenty (120) feet of 24” clay storm sewer pipe located in Woodland Cemetery which was found to be collapsed and disjointed.

Public Works Director and Utilities Committee recommending approval of the annual premium payment of $260,589 to Willis Towers Watson Midwest, Incorporated of Chicago, IL for comprehensive insurance on property and equipment associated with the Department of Utilities including the Waste Water Treatment Plant and Water Treatment Plant.
Public Works Director and Utilities Committee recommending approval of the invoice in the amount of $8,843.31 from Shannon Chemical Corporation of Malvern, PA for the purchase of 2,550 pounds of sodium permanganate.
