REPORTS OF THE QUINCY PLAN COMMISSION
Recommending APPROVAL to amend various sections of Chapter 162 Zoning Regulation including site plan review, commercial signage, accessory buildings, and Plan Commission applications.
Ward 6 Recommending APPROVAL of a request to subdivide (one lot to two lots) property located at 1300-1400 Harrison Street under the “small tracts” provision of the subdivision ordinance.
Ward 3 Recommending APPROVAL of the rezoning of approximately one acre of land along North 18th Street, including 1900 North 18th Street, 1910 North 18th Street, and 1920 North 18th Street from light industrial (M1) to single-family residential (R1C).
REPORTS OF THE TRAFFIC COMMISSION
Ward 7 Recommending of a “No Parking” zone be implemented on the north side of Vermont Street, extending west a distance of one-hundred thirty (130) feet from the centerline of North 10th Street.
Ward 6 , 7 Recommending installing a “Stop” sign at the intersection of 14th and Payson Avenue be denied.
Ward 4 Recommending installing a streetlight on an existing power pole on the east side South 18th Street, north of the 18th and State Street intersection, be granted and that Ameren Illinois be notified of the lighting request.
Ward 7 Recommending the removal of a fire lane located at Third Street on South side of Vermont 120’ south and add 100’ of “No Parking” on the east side of 3rd Street, extending north a distance 135’ from the centerline of Vermont Street.
Ward 6 Recommending installing a “Stop” sign at the intersection of 15th and Adams Street be denied.
Ward 1 Recommending a “Stop” sign on Diana Drive at North 12th Street be denied as it is a privately owned street and is not under the City’s jurisdiction.
RESOLUTIONS
Public Works Director, and Central Services Committee recommending approval of the quote from HeatTrak, LLC of Doraville, GA, in amount of $28,085.00 for the purchase of twelve (12) industrial pro heated walkway mats and four (4) snow sensors.
Engineering Manager, Public Works Director, and Central Services Committee recommending approval of the low bid in the amount of $796,338.90 from Laverdiere Construction of Macomb, IL, for the South 18th Street, Adams to State Street, Water and Sewer Improvements Project.
City Clerk, Information Technology Director, and the Technology Committee recommending approval of the proposal from Granicus in the amount of $126,655.05 for a 5-year contract for the Peak Agenda Management and GovMeetings Live Cast platforms, of which $32,371.98 is to be expensed from the current fiscal year budget.
