RESOLUTIONS

Director of Public Works recommending approval of the invoice in the amount of $13,498.20 from CentralSquare of Lake Mary, FL for annual software subscription renewal fees.

Information Technology Director and the Technology Committee recommending approval of the quote from LRS IT Solutions in the amount of $8,258.34 for the annual hardware and software support contract for the IBM Power System S914.

Board of the Fire and Police Commission recommending approval of the invoice in the amount of $13,725.00 to be paid to the Illinois Fire Chief’s Association for assessment center and evaluation services rendered.

Ward 4 An Ordinance Granting A Special Permit For Planned Development at 121 N. 20th Street. (Short term/long term customer storage of large vehicles, household, furnishing and other items.)

First presentation of an Ordinance entitled:

An Ordinance Amending Chapter 150 (Construction Regulations), Of Title XV (Land Usage). (Adoption of the NFPA 855 Standard for the installation of energy storage systems (batteries) and amendment to the NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code, Article 705.12) adoption.)
