RESOLUTIONS

Truth in Taxation Resolution.

Truth and Taxation Resolution for the Quincy Historic Business District Special Service Area.

Resolution recommending approval of the low bid from Leffers Landscape and Nursery for a CBD Beautification Program contract in the amount of $153,352 for a 4-year contract.

Resolution for improvement under the Illinois Highway Code for additional funding from MFT Funds in the sum of $600,000 for the replacement of the Harrison Bridge over Curtis Creek.

Engineering Manager, Public Works Director, and Central Services Committee recommending approval of the low bid in the amount of $1,993,105.50 from County Contractors of Quincy, IL for the replacement of the Harrison Bridge over Curtis Creek.

Engineering Manager, Public Works Director, and Central Services Committee recommending approval of the contract proposal from Klingner and Associates of Quincy, IL for an amount not exceeding $278,728 for construction inspection services for the replacement of the Harrison Bridge over Curtis Creek.

Public Works Director, Central Services Director, and Central Services Committee recommending approval of the bid from Summy Tire, in the amount of $9,720.88, for a two-year contract for the purchase of automotive, truck, and off-road tires.

Public Works Director, Central Services Director, and the Central Services Committee recommending approval of the quote from Vermeer Midwest of Goodfield, IL in the amount of $73,051.70 for the purchase of a 2024 Vermeer SC70TX track-mounted stump grinder.

Public Works Director recommending approval of invoices from Klingner and Associates totaling $73,246.78 for construction administration services for the City Hall renovations.

Chief of Police recommending approval that the Quincy Police Department to lock in current pricing for a 12-month subscription to PowerEngage by PowerDMS, at a cost of $9,876.00, with plans to purchase and activate the software in 2025.
