5. Consent Agenda

A. Approve the District Audit FY 24.

B. Approve the advertising agreement with T-Force Marketing, who is taking care of the basketball programs funded by the Liberty Booster Club.

C. Approve extending the Pepsi Agreement to 2031.

D. Approve the quote from Nevco to purchase shot clocks and upgrades to our scoreboards, which is being supported by the Pepsi Agreement extension.

E. Approve the AirMedCare Agreement, so our employees can have a discounted rate for emergency helicopter service.

6. Board Discussion

A. Consider the Washington DC trip for 7/8th Graders at the end of the 2025-26 school year.

B. Consider the Recommendations of the Facilities Committee.

C. Consider applying for the Maintenance Grant FY25.

D. Consider establishing Color Guard as its own club with an activity account. Mr. Barrett is the sponsor for now.

8.
