City of Quincy Zoning Board of Appeals met June 18.

Here is the agenda provided by the board:

1) Call the Meeting to Order

2) Approve minutes from the previous meeting.

3) Declaration of Conflict

4) Public Hearing requested by Justin Mewes (Immaculate Properties, LLC) to vary the Zoning Code of the City of Quincy (2015) for 700 South 18th Street (Ward 6/Zoned R1C)

a) City Code Section 162.061(A) – A variance to encroach on the 30-foot rear-yard setback in an R1C zoning district to allow for the construction of a single-family residential dwelling at 700 South 18th Street. The construction of the single-family residential dwelling would result in a 10-foot rear-yard setback at 700 South 18th Street.

5) Public Comment (limited to three minutes)

6) New Business

7) Adjournment
