City of Quincy Plan Commission met May 29.

Here is the agenda provided by the commission:

1) Call the Meeting to Order

2) Approval of the minutes from the previous meeting

3) Declaration of Conflict

4) Public Comment on Issue(s) not listed on the agenda (limited to three minutes)

5) Request by Kristi Cookson for a Special Permit for Planned Development to allow for the demolition of an existing garage at 1420 North 9th Street and for the construction of a new garage that would include a living space for a family member at 1420 North 9th Street (Ward 1, Zoned R1C)

6) Request by Justin Mewes to subdivide (one lot into two lots) property located at 700 South 18th Stret under the Small Tracts Subdivision Ordinance (Ward 6, Zoned R1C)

7) Request by Jason Weber for a Special Permit for Planned Development to allow for the operation of 422 Jersey Street as a warehouse/storage space for collectible vehicles (Ward 7, Zoned D2)

8) Request by Jason Deters for a Special Permit for Planned Development to allow for the construction of a multi-tenant commercial development with a drive-thru at 200-208 North 12th Street/1215 Hampshire Street and to waive certain city code requirements related to building setbacks, off-street parking, and landscaping to allow for the construction of a multi tenant commercial development with a drive-thru at 200-208 North 12th Street/1215 Hampshire Street (Ward 7/Zoned D2)
