13. Executive Session Minutes: Approve Resolution Authorizing Executive Session Minutes for Public Release October 25, 2023 through March 20, 2024 and Authorizing Destruction of Recordings of Closed Sessions More Than Eighteen Months Prior to March 20, 2024.

14. Executive Session Matters: Approve any matter discussed in executive session as necessary and limited to those matters authorized for discussion in executive session by motion of the Board.
