a) City Code Section 162.062(E) – A variance to allow for a five-foot wide side/rear yard (reduced from required 15-foot) with sight-proof landscaping and/or fencing at 2929 Broadway Street as the side/rear yard of a commercial zoning district (2929 Broadway Street) is adjacent to a residential district.
5) Public Hearing requested by Bruening Heating & Air Conditioning & Fireplaces to vary the Zoning Code of the City of Quincy (2015) for 1857 Broadway Street (Ward 4/Zoned C2)
a) City Code Section 162.265(B)(6)(a) – A variance to allow for the installation of an automatic changeable copy sign (39-inches x 91 inches) on the east side of the commercial building at 1857 Broadway Street.
