REPORTS OF THE QUINCY PLAN COMMISISON
Ward 7 Recommending APPROVAL of a Special Permit to sell utility, equipment, and dump trailers for residential and/or commercial use at 900-920 Maine Street, zoned D2.
Ward 3 Recommending APPROVAL of a Special Permit for Planned Development to obtain a liquor license as a means to operate video gaming terminals (gaming parlor) at 1002 North 24th Street and 1006 North 24th Street, zoned C1B.

Resolution Authorizing Professional Services Agreement With PGAV Planners To Amend The Enterprise Zone Boundary. (Request from United Alloy to extend the Quincy/Adams/Brown County Enterprise Zone.)
Chief of Police and the Police Aldermanic Committee recommending approval of the purchase of twenty-one (21) Motorola APX 8500 digital radios and upgrade eighty (80) APX 6000 portable radios to the digital platform from Motorola Solutions, Schaumburg, IL for a total cost of $196,146.72.
Chief of Police recommending approval of the purchase of seventy (70) new Safariland holsters from Streicher’s, Butler, WI in the amount of $8,190.
Chief of Police recommending approval to pay Federal Signal, University Park, IL, to upfit two 2023 Dodge Durango Police Vehicles with emergency equipment, lighting, and prison transport safety equipment for a total cost of $24,466.00.
Chief of Police recommending approval of the purchase of two 2023 Dodge Durango Police Vehicles from Bosak Motors, Merriville, IN, in the amount of $79,284.
Chairman of the Fire Aldermanic Committee and the Fire Chief recommending approval to purchase radio equipment, accessories, and installation from A&W Communications, Eolia, MO in the amount of $57,642.71.
ORDINANCE
First presentation of an Ordinance entitled:
An Ordinance Amending the 2023 – 2024 Fiscal Year Budget. (Additional revenue of $68,000 from the Federal Forfeiture Fund to purchase two new squad cars to be used by the Police Special Investigations Unit.)
