City of Quincy Plan Commission met Dec. 27.

5) Request by Nancy Callaway for a Special Permit to allow for the operation of a Night Club at 428 Maine Street with hours of operation as permitted by ordinance: Sunday-Friday 11:00am-2:30am; Saturday 11:00am-3:30am (Zoned D1, Located in Ward 7)

6) Request by Clifford & Beverly Wainman to vacate the southern-most portion (approximately 1,725 square feet) of the public north/south alley bounded by South 14th Street, Jersey Street, South 16th Street, and Kentucky Street (Located in Ward 4)
