City of Quincy Plan Commission met Nov. 28.

Here is the agenda provided by the commission:

1) Call the Meeting to Order 

2) Approval of the minutes from the 10/24/2023 meeting 3) Declaration of Conflict 

4) Public Comment on Issue(s) not listed on the agenda (limited to three minutes) 

5) Request by Morgan Evans for a Special Permit for Planned Development to allow for automobile sales at 1205 North 12th Street (zoned R1C/W1) 

6) Request by Stone Farm of Wisconsin requests to rezone three parcels without addresses located along Ellington Road between N. 24th Street and N. 36th Street from rural (RU1) to light manufacturing (M1) to allow for the construction of a new United Alloy facility (W3) 

7) Request by Klingner & Associates (on behalf of Dennis & JoAnn Hildebrand) to subdivide (one lot into eight lots) property located at 4704 Wisman Lane under the small tracts provision of the subdivision ordinance (zoned M1/W3) 

8) Request by Edward Holthaus for the vacation of public right of way at 4631 Harrison Street to allow the front yard of the parcel to be square with Harrison Street and to align the street right of way with Harrison Street (zoned R1A/W5) 

9) Request by Mike Moss & Tyler Moss for a Special Permit for Planned Development to allow for the construction of a two-family residential dwelling (duplex) at 1736 Adams Street, which is zoned for single-family residential use. The Special Permit for Planned Development would also allow for the construction of an oversized garage (2,184 feet) with a living unit (zoned R1C/W6) 

10) Request by the Little D Sports Club for a Special Permit to allow for the operation of a Night Club at 601-603 Hampshire Street with hours of operation as permitted by ordinance: Sunday-Friday 11:00am-2:30am; Saturday 11:00am-3:30am (zoned D2/W7) 

11) M3 Review – 3520 Locust Street 

12) M3 Review – 4620 Kochs Lane
