 Waiting determination from FAA

• Engineering Report

o Bid for Terminal Foundation, $166,496.83.

o Working with CMT toward grant for roof replacement

• Airport Director’s Report.

o August Enplanement … Passengers 460, Flights 129.

 Cancellations: 3 Maintenance, 1 Weather, 2 Crew.

o Solar Power Update … $24,068 through August. $24,870 predicted.

o Construction Updates – 04/22 Phase 3, Hangar ramp and taxiway

o Wire Mesh over holding ponds

o Contractor access road/PAPI Access road – FAA

• New Business

o T-Hangar lease recommendations

 Jon Vonburg is the only one on the T-Hanger waiting list that would like a hanger at this time. Request Approval

o PROPOSED CHANGE IN LEASE wording. (Page 3)

o Budget: Phase 4 grant is State-administered. Reduce revenues/expense by $13,313,235.

 Add revenue from GF for $166,000 for terminal foundation repairs. Request approval.

o New Operations Manager, Tairu Zong, starts Oct 16th (Resume Page 4)
