a) City Code Section 162.265(B)(4)(d) – A variance to exceed the maximum allowable square footage of a ground sign by three square feet from 75 square feet to 78 square feet
b) City Code Section 162.265(C)(3) – A variance to exceed the maximum height from the surrounding grade to the highest point on the sign by 5’3” from 8’0” to 13’3”
