1) Roll Call:
a. Committee Chair Mr. Robert Reich called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM

1. Update on County Code Updating, planning meetings discussed, current work completed discussed, updates tentatively completed for 01 November 2023.

1. Resolution Number 2023-06-001-017 – Resolution Granting a Variance in the Adams County Flood Plain Ordinance. Motion to approve Mr. Marvin Kerkhoff and seconded by Mr. Jon McCoy. Minutes unanimously approved.
b. Appointments:
1. Appointment of Scott A. Wray as a Trustee of the Ursa Street Light District to Expire on the First Monday in May 2026 Motion to approve made by Mrs. Theresa Bockhold and seconded by Mr. Jon McCoy. Minutes unanimously approved.

7) Other:
County Courthouse Electronic Device Policy, passed through Executive Committee, potentially need policy to cover West Side of Courthouse, Motion to table until July 2023 Committee Meeting made by Mr. Todd Dusterhaus and seconded by Mr. Jon McCoy.
Mr. Anthony Foster (PROB) gave an update on the state of the JDC. Brief consisted of a general overview and construction project update followed by pertinent questions from Committee Members. No major issues to report.
