7) Finance:
a. Additional Fund Appropriations
i. Additional Fund Appropriation from Gary Farha – States Attorney – in the amount of $7,014.34 for Expense Account Number 001-401-4713 – Special Project Grant Expenses – for a Revised Budget Amount of $7,114.34. Motion to approve made by Mr. Brad Poulter and seconded by Mr. Keith Calloway.
ii. Additional Fund Appropriation from Anthony Grootens – Sheriff – in the Amount of $5,000 for Revenue Account Number 001-231-4240 – Donations – for a Revised Budget Amount of $5,000 and $5,000 for Expense Account Line – Expenses Funded By Donations – for a Revised Budget Amount of $5,000. Motion to table till July 2023 made by Mr. Marvin Kerkhoff and seconded by Mr. Bret Austin.
iii. Additional Fund Appropriation from Gary L. Farha – State’s Attorney – in the Amount of $5,500 to Expense Line 404-401-5713 – OPIOD Settlement Expenses – for a Revised Budget Amount of $5,600. Motion to approve made by Mr. Marvin Kerkhoff and seconded by Mr. Bret Austin.
b. Transfer of Budget Appropriations
i. Transfer of Fund Appropriation from Cisco Fuller – County Board Office – in the Amount of $5,720 From Account Line 001-001-5105 – Salary County Account Line 001-001-5110 – Salary Office Staff – for a Revised Budget Amount of $107,591. Motion to approve made by Mr. Travis Cooley and seconded by Mr. Bret Austin.
ii. Transfer of Fund Appropriation from Anthony Grootens – Sheriff – in the Amount of $38,500 from Account Line 001-001-5999 – Contingency – for a Revised Budget Amount of $152,750 and $38,500 to Account Line 001-231-5875 – Sheriff Capital Expense – for a Revised Budget Amount of $238,500. Motion to approve made by Mr. Travis Cooley and seconded by Mr. Bret Austin.
