Adams County home prices rose in the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Adams County rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 12.1%.

From January through June of 2022, there were 564 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 12.5% increase over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 642 homes sold in Adams County in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Adams County for the most recent year with available data, 2021, was $2,068 approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
