• Old Business

o A request from Open Arms Ministries for a Special Permit for Planned Development to install a projecting automatic changeable copy (digital) sign at 220 North 6th Street (zoned D2/Ward 7) – Tabled to May 23, 2023, meeting.

• New Business

o A request from Klingner & Associates, on behalf of Niemann General Contracting, to subdivide (one lot into seven lots) property located at 1700 Kochs Lane to allow for the construction of seven single-family residential units (zoned R1A/Ward 1)

o A request from Waters Collision Center to amend an existing Special Permit to allow for the expansion of the existing building at 935 State Street and to allow for relief from the downtown exterior architectural design standards for the addition at 935 State Street (Zoned D1/Ward 7)

o A request from Lee Bevill for a Special Permit for Planned Development to allow for the operation of a financial planning service at 2240 Broadway Street (Zoned R1C/Ward 4)

o A request from Vikki Crider and Sylvia Tillman to operate a daycare center at 3700 East Lake Centre Drive (Zoned C1A/Ward 4)
