Sponsorships – Donations received and latest sponsorships.
Event Setup/Take Down –
*Friday, June 2nd starting early morning.
*Commissioners & volunteers needed Friday morning and afternoon for setup of event.
*9:00 am - QND Football setup of picnic tables and tables & chairs
*Alcohol and Beer corals & 2 ticket booths coming early morning on Friday – beer corals will need to be put together.
*ATM placement will be in between the 2 ticket booths
*Saturday, June 3rd starting early morning again with set up, cleanup of park area, and Kinderplatz set up.
*Take down will occur on Saturday night at the conclusion of event (6/3/23) Members and volunteers assist with take down.
*Sunday, June 4th - Meet at park and do a final cleanup of event area on Sunday am.
