a. 2023-05-501-015 - Resolution reporting bids, awarding the contract to County Contractors Inc., Quincy, Illinois, in the amount of $770,528.90 for the construction of a bridge on County Highway 39 (North 800TH Avenue), approximately 6.5 miles east of Liberty, Illinois, to be known as Section #22- 00026-01-BR, from the May 2, 2023 County Motor Fuel Tax Letting, authorizing the County Board Chairman to sign the contract and appropriating $340,000.00 from the County Bridge Fund to pay for the balance not covered by Rebuild Illinois Funds.

b. 2023-05-501-016 - Resolution reporting bids and awarding a contract to the Diamond Construction Company, Quincy, Illinois, in the amount of $749,403.64 for the resurfacing of a portion of County Highway 3 (Ellington Road), from just east of North 60TH Street, easterly, to North 84TH Street, to be known as Section #22-00045-01-FP, from the May 2, 2023 County Motor Fuel Tax Letting.
