RESOLUTIONS
The resolution from the Public Works Director and City Hall Committee recommending approval of the proposal from Klingner & Associates P.C. in the amount of $225,600.00 for engineering and architectural design services to the City Hall building, was tabled for one week by Ald. Rein.
Director of Public Works recommending approval of a lease agreement with The Home Depot, Incorporated of Atlanta, GA for the purpose of a recycling drop-off site at 5432 Broadway Street.
Utilities and Engineering Director and Utilities Committee recommending the quote from Progress Environmental of Ballwin, MO in the amount of $23,000.00 for replacement parts for service pump #3 at the Water Treatment Plant.
Resolution authorizing $320,000 of TIF funds supporting the 8th & Jersey Townhome development by rebuilding the streetscape along Jersey Street, South 8th Street and South 9th Street surrounding the townhome development.
Resolution authorizing $606,850 of ARPA reimbursement funds to support the 8th & Jersey Townhome development.
Resolution authorizing the ceding of a 2023 private activity bond to reallocate to the Western Illinois Economic Development Authority (WEIDA) in the amount of $4,695,720 to be used to support projects that will provide job opportunities and new investments.
