REPORTS OF THE QUINCY PLAN COMMISSION

Ward 3 Recommending approval of the subdivision (dividing one lot into two) of property located at 3001 Broadway Street under the “small tracts” provision of the Subdivision Ordinance, zoned C1B & C3.

Ward 3 Recommending approval of the vacation of a public north/south & east/west “T-Alley” bounded by North 18th Street, Maple Street, North 20th Street, & Sycamore Street, zoned R1C.

ANNUAL COMPREHENSIVE FINANCIAL REPORT

FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING APRIL 30, 2022

RESOLUTIONS

Resolution to affirm the review of the current Home Rule Purchase Tax rate and maintain the city’s current Home Rule Purchase Tax rate of one and a half percent (1.5%).

Resolution to affirm the review of the current Hotel Tax rate and maintain the current Hotel Tax rate of eight percent (8%).

Public Works Director and the Utilities Committee recommending approval of the invoice from E.A. Wand Plumbing and Heating in the amount of $10,151.12 for emergency repairs of to a boiler at the water treatment plant.

Director of Public Works recommending approval to enter into a license agreement with HY-VEE, Inc. for the purpose of a recycling drop-off site at 1400 Harrison Street.
