1. Open Meetings Act – Update
▪ Ryan Parker from the State’s Attorney’s office has been looking into the OMA update. Every provision that pertains to the County Government. Mr. Parker spoke upon the updates coming into the County Code regarding OMA. If we need to go into Executive Session, we must state why we are going into Closed Session during open session.

o 2022-11-001-059 – Resolution to Amend the Adams County Code Article X – Meeting Procedures
Marvin Kerkhoff makes a motion to recommend and approve the above resolution to the County Board. Raquel Piazza seconded the motion. Motion carried.

A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Raquel Piazza. Theresea Bockhold seconded the motion. Motion passed.
