PETITION

Ward 3 By Four Points Land Surveying & Engineering, on behalf of Tom & Kathie Marx, requesting a subdivision (one lot into two lots) of property located at 3001 Broadway Street under the “small tracts” provision of the subdivision ordinance presently zoned C1B & zoned C3.

RESOLUTIONS

Transportation Director, the Transportation Committee, the Director of Administrative Services and the Purchasing Manager recommending approval of the quote from Tim’s Machine for the repair of a Transit bus engine in the amount of $8,121.

Aeronautics Committee, City Treasurer, and Airport Director recommending approval to apply for the State Fuel Tax Reimbursement Grant in the amount of $24,704.26 to reimburse certain salary expenses.

Public Works Director and City Hall Committee recommending approval of the proposal for the furnishing and installation of two (2) three phase 5-ton air conditioning units from Air Specialists Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc.in the amount of $17,689.00.

(North 20th (west side) from Chestnut Street north to the alley (230’ north of the center of Chestnut), North 20th (east side) 80 feet north from the center of Chestnut Street and North 20th (east side) 80 feet south from the center of Chestnut Street.)
