JWCC Trail Blazers Launch New Athletic Website

106

An all-new johnwoodblazers.com was launched on Tuesday, May 31, as John Wood Athletics officially unveiled its redesigned and modernized website.

Designed and powered by its website provider, PrestoSports, the department’s new site includes a sleek new appearance with an improved navigation platform, increased social media content, additional news and video homepage content along with a responsive design as part of its new look.

The new design was created to help the Trail Blazers continue delivering the latest updates by offering fans engaging ways to interact with all John Wood athletics programs and increased access to what fans want most on the homepage, including immediate score updates, player-focused highlights and social media access.

The site continues its responsive feature, which means it will look similar on nearly every platform, including mobile devices such as Android, iPhone and iPad.

The redesigned site also conforms to the most updated web accessibility standards for the impaired and has the capacity to grow and add historical, current, and future nuggets of what Trail Blazer athletics is.

“The redesigned site utilizes PrestoSports’ expertise and will give our site a new look as we head into the fall,” said Athletic Director Brad Hoyt. “The new look will continue to showcase the outstanding work by a great team of photographers, enable us to highlight many of our key sponsors, provide the most up-to-date roster, schedule, video and news coverage of the Blazers.”
