The Board of Education of Community Unit School District #4 met in emergency session Via Zoom. The meeting was called to order by Vice President Fleer at 4:00 p.m.
Members present were: Arnsman, Fleer, Humke, and Janssen. No administrators were present.
Superintendent Riddle was present. No visitors were present.
MOTION: Humke "to approve agenda items as presented."
SECOND: Janssen
ACTION: Roll Call Vote: Aye - Arnsman, Fleer, Humke, and Janssen. Motion carried.
MOTION: Janssen "to approve emergency authorization for use of H/L Safety funds for boiler replacement/repair."
SECOND: Humke
ACTION: Roll Call Vote: Aye - Arnsman, Fleer, Humke, and Janssen. Motion carried.
MOTION: Janssen "to adjourn at 4:07 p.m."
SECOND: Fleer
ACTION: Roll Call Vote: Aye - Arnsman, Fleer, Hmnke and Janssen. Motion carried.
