On March 14, Richard P. Dunker sold their home at 628 S. 16th St., Quincy to Pollyanna Properties LLC for $85,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $2,043.66, 2.4% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2022, this is the only property that sold in Quincy as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Penny L. Hendricks, 70, was the only registered voter residing at 628 S. 16th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
