The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,779.32, 1.87% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of three sales so far in Mendon in February 2022.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Ann K. Schafer, 72, was the only registered voter residing at 319 E. Washington St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
