On Jan. 25, Timothy L Todd purchased a home at 616 Washington St., Quincy from Jeremy Tipton for $40,000.

This home last sold on Nov. 24, 2021 for $18,000.

So far in January 2022, 44 properties sold in Quincy.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were three registered voters residing at 616 Washington St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Ida J. Manlove, 85, Shawn Dale Burton, 47, and Nicole Marie Elliott.
