Call to Order and Roll Call
The Southeastern Community Unit District #337 Board of Education met in regular session in the Board of Education Office (Room #126) in Augusta, Illinois. John Eilers, Board President, called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

On a motion by Member Tippey and a second by Member Winters, the Board of Education approved the minutes from the October 25, 2021 regular board meeting and closed session and November 3, 2021 special board meeting.

Special Recognition
Superintendent Fox named the Board Excellence accomplishments including November Sun of the Month, West Central Conference Volleyball First Team, West Central Conference Volleyball Honorable Mention, High School Volleyball IHSA Class 1A Regional Champions, IHSA Class 1A Sectional Champions, IHSA Class 1A Super-Sectional Champions and IHSA Class 1A Runner-Up. Superintendent Fox congratulated Coach Tim Kerr and the volleyball team, along with our students for having such a great trip to state. Superintendent Fox also thanked our Veterans and added that we held a modified version of the annual Veterans Day program which received many compliments. He also wanted to thank the people who do so much behind the scenes. He also recognized our school board members for their outstanding efforts on School Board Members Day.
Financial
Superintendent Fox reviewed the monthly financial snapshot which shows we are 33% into the fiscal year. We have received 66% of our budgeted revenue and have spent 31% of our budgeted expenditures.
On a motion by Member Winters and a second by Member Hitz, the Board of Education approved the bills, financial statements, and activity funds.

Superintendent Fox discussed the annual RIF Joint Committee meeting.
Superintendent Fox presented the updated school calendar due to no school on November 12, 2021.
Superintendent Fox discussed the Property Tax Relief Grant (PTRG) Program.
Superintendent Fox presented the 2021 School Report Card.
Superintendent Fox gave update on the County Facility Sales Tax based on enrolled students in McDonough and Schuyler counties.

Action Items
On a motion by Member Winters and a second by Member Smith, the Board of Education approved the implementation of the Test to Stay Program that will allow the school district (with parent permission) to COVID test close contacts in an attempt to keep students in school as presented.
