Call to Order and Roll Call
The Southeastern Community Unit District #337 Board of Education met in regular session in the Board of Education Office (Room #126) in Augusta, Illinois. John Eilers, Board President, called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

A parent addressed the board regarding soldier care packages and COVID.
Special Recognition
Superintendent Fox named the Board Excellence accomplishments including Beardstown Turkey Tournament All-Tournament Team, December Sun of the Month, ILMEA All-State Chorus, ILLPREPVOLLEYBALL State Special Mention, ILLPREPVOLLEYBALL State Honorable Mention, Beardstown Turkey Tournament MVP, Beardstown Turkey Tournament Champions, Coach Kerr ILLPREPVOLLEYBALL Coach of the Year, Coach Kerr 600th Career Win.
Financial
Superintendent Fox presented the monthly financial snapshot showing we are 42% into the fiscal year. We have received 70% of our budgeted revenue and have spent 42% of budgeted expenditures.
On a motion by Member Hitz and a second by Member Tippey, the Board of Education approved the bills, financial statements, and activity funds.

Superintendent Fox gave update on Test to Stay Program.
Administrative reports were given with Superintendent Fox reporting that the Elementary Concert is moved to the junior senior high building so more people could attend and give us more space and flexibility.
On a motion by Member Tippey and a second by member Hitz, the Board of Education moved into closed session at 6:56 p.m. for the purpose of the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees, including hearing testimony on a complaint ledged against an employee to determine its validity; and student disciplinary cases.
