On Dec. 20, Susan and Stacey Mayfield purchased a home at 530 W. Washington St., Mendon from Patrick Jean Westerman for $135,000.

The last time this home sold was May 15, 2018. It last sold for $127,000.

This property is one of two sales so far in Mendon in December 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were five registered voters residing at 530 W. Washington St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Andron Ray Barnett, 32, Heather J. Faught, 44, Heather L. Lambert, 48, Matthew C. Eads, 44, and Patricia J. Westerman, 66.
