On Oct. 27, Conny Joe Mason sold their home at 1215 Harrison Plaza, Quincy to Taylor T. and Carly D. Herzog for $350,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $5,773.12. This is 1.65% of the sale price of the home.

So far in October 2021, 71 properties sold in Quincy.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Conny J. Mason has been registered to vote since 2007 and has voted in at least six primary elections, records show, including six Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1215 Harrison Plaza as of Oct. 10, 2020: Barbara A. Mason, 76, and Conny J. Mason, 79.
