August 2021: Home prices in Quincy increased

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Quincy rose by $7,300 while total sales increased by 42.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 108 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 6.5% increase over the $112,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 76 homes sold in Quincy in August 2020.
